These Terms of Service govern your use of the Crymbo staking platform. By accessing or using Crymbo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency staking services are prohibited.

2. Platform Services

Crymbo provides a digital asset staking platform where users may deposit supported tokens and earn yield. Crymbo does not provide investment advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Crymbo will never request your private key or seed phrase. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your connected wallet.

4. Withdrawals & Fees

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours subject to security verification. Standard withdrawal fees apply as displayed on the platform. Membership tier holders may receive reduced fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crymbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Smart contract risk, market volatility, and blockchain network risks are inherent to cryptocurrency services.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
